The Recovery Village addiction helpline is led by helpful representatives awaiting your call. Many of our helpline operators and facility employees are also in recovery, so they can empathize and help you or a loved one navigate this journey comfortably.

What is a PCP Hotline?

A PCP helpline is just that — a phone line you can call anytime, from anywhere, and receive help for your addiction. When you call The Recovery Village’s free PCP hotline, you’ll speak with a caring intake coordinator who will talk one-on-one with you about what you’re going through, answer any questions you may have about substance use disorders and connect you with the treatment programs that can get you on the path to true healing.

When Should I Call a PCP Hotline?

This hotline can get you into a treatment program as soon as possible, but it cannot provide emergency services. If you or someone you’re caring for is in a life-threatening situation, it’s best to call 911 immediately.

Outside of an emergency situation, call our helpline if you are interested in pursuing professional, effective treatment for PCP addiction. If you’re ready to leave addiction behind, call our 24-hour helpline. It’s never too late to get the detox, inpatient, and outpatient care you need, and our counselors are ready and willing to make your health a priority when you are.

If I Call, What Questions Will They Ask?

When you call our helpline, our intake coordinators will ask you a series of questions to get a feel for your current situation and assess which treatment options at The Recovery Village are best suited to your needs. Your call is completely confidential, so every question you answer and all information you provide will be kept private. Your responses help us help you. Questions may include:

• Are you or others currently in a life-threatening situation?
• How long have you been using PCP? How much do you use?
• Is PCP the only drug you struggle with? What else do you take?
• Do you suffer from a co-occurring disorder and/or mental health issue?
• Do you want to start detox therapy?

When I Call, Is the Conversation Confidential?

Yes, every phone call to our helpline is completely confidential, and any information you provide will be kept private from family members, friends and coworkers, and used only to benefit your recovery. You can rest assured everything you talk about with your counselor will never be shared with anyone.

Can I Start the Treatment Process When Calling This Hotline?

Yes, anyone ready and willing to begin drug rehab can do so after calling our helpline. Processing usually takes less than a day, and depending on your intake questionnaire and insurance, you may be welcomed into The Recovery Village in as little as a few hours after your call.
